A Lotto-Tight Fist

An unexpected character evolution has taken hold in the lottery world over the past few months. Lotto Texas, generally the meek, unassuming lottery, has gotten a taste of crazy jackpot fever, relatively speaking. There were no grand prize winners September 7, 2019, and this pushed the jackpot over the $20 million mark ($20.5 million, in fact)!

Powerball’s jackpot hasn’t received the “nurturing” Lotto Texas has. These past few months have seen the prize reset three times. Not so Saturday night. With no grand prize winner, the jackpot now stands at $50 million.

Things You Can Do with a Mega Millions

Although school is back in session and many outdoor pools are closed, there are still a few weeks of summer left, technically speaking. It’ll be a while yet before those crisp nights come rolling in and the autumn fashion comes out. Nothing wrong with enjoying a pumpkin spice latte in shorts, right?

Hello, Lotterytrend fans! This is guest blogger, Romulun Harris giving you the latest lottery updates. As Summer came to an end, the {2-2-1-1} Pattern made an appearance along with a rare repeat of a Four-Number Combination. And now the details.

Last night on September 3, 2019, the winning numbers for Megamillions were 13, 20, 27, 61, 62 and MB:5.

The [1-2-2-1] General Order made its 49th appearance and has played in 35.51% of all 138 drawings associated with the {2-2-1-1} Pattern and 9.92% of all 494 drawings. It last played on August 9, 2019.

The 1 2 0 0 2 1 Specific Order made its 6th appearance and has played in 12.24% of all 49 drawings associated with the [1-2-2-1] General Order, 4.35% of all 138 drawings associated with the {2-2-1-1} Pattern, and 1.21% of all 494 drawings. It last played on May 10, 2019.

The Great August Wind Down

Craziness from Wednesday does not always carry over into Saturday. The night of August 31, 2019 was much quieter than what we saw earlier in the week! With this serenity came rising jackpots. Lotto Texas’s “winless streak” continued as the prize climbed to $19 million. Meanwhile, Powerball’s prize rose to $80 million.

Mega Millions’ Streak-less Sendoff

A Pattern streak would’ve been an impactful way to end August. After all, this is the (unofficial) last weekend of summer. What better way to kick off the Labo(u)r Day weekend than a Pattern streak?

Mega Millions had other plans in the August 30th, 2019 drawing. Instead of a Pattern streak, or even an encore, it went with an uncommonly played Pattern. This had the effect of propelling the prize to $137 million.

In an amazing twist of events, Mega Millions was host to a special repeating Three-Number Combination. So special, in fact, that it played four (yes, four) times! First things first, though: We need to discuss the actual August 27th, 2019 drawing. Tuesday night didn’t produce an Australia Play encore this time. However, there was a rising jackpot. No grand prize winner meant a prize that climbed to $113 million.

The Circle of Rising Jackpots

Lottery jackpots have their own cycle. They rise, get claimed, then reset, and the cycle repeats ad infinitum. This summer has seen one lottery’s jackpot get claimed twice and another that has kept rising full steam ahead. Surprisingly, it has been Powerball with the claimed prizes, and Lotto Texas flirting with unleashing a beast!

That trend continued August 24, 2019.
