The Playback Propeller and the Jackpot Reset

August 3, 2022 was a night of opposites. Lotto Texas’s jackpot received a boost with the help of an uncommon Pattern. As the jackpot over there increased to $9.25 million, Powerball’s hit the reset button. A lone player from Pennsylvania forced the jackpot back to $20 million.

The Frequent and the Rare

Greetings, Lotterytrend fans! Romulun Harris here. While things may be hot in some places, things are a bit calm and cooler in the Lottery World as neither Lotto Texas nor Powerball experienced any Combination Repeats. However, on July 11, 2022, Powerball’s frequently played {2-1-1-1-1} did make an appearance and Lotto Texas got an unexpected visit from the rarely played {5-1} Pattern. And now, the details.

Springtime Lottery Fashion

Those who accessorize may have a love/hate relationship with seasonal fashions. For example, a necklace that pairs well with an oversized sweater may look downright gaudy when paired with a sleeveless maxi dress. Of course, no two springs or two autumns are exactly alike. This is especially true of lottery drawings.

Lotto Texas and Powerball’s fashion for April 9, 2022 couldn’t be any more different. One lottery pulled out a Pattern that normally doesn’t get much play. Meanwhile, the other continued to stick with the Pattern that came onto the scene last weekend! Regardless of approach, the result for both Lotto Texas and Powerball was the same. Their respective jackpots climbed to $8.75 million and $268 million.

The Rare and the Common: An Unusual Pattern Pair

The Ides of March came and went, and Lotto Texas and Powerball breathed a sigh of relief. They weren’t the ones who had to deal with it (this year), for one. Yet, being Wednesday night lotteries and all, they couldn’t  get up to any wild shenanigans for St. Patrick’s Day. Instead, March 16, 2022 was a night for both a rare Pattern and a common Pattern to bask in the spotlight together!

(Carpe noctem?)

In the end, the jackpot climbed to $6.25 million for Lotto Texas and $147 million for Powerball.

There be Lottery Fireworks

To our readers in the United States: Happy Fourth of July! May it be full of grilling, companionship, relaxation, and fireworks.

On July 3, 1996, one movie took the world by storm. An alien invasion movie with plucky, loveable characters, special effects that (mostly) hold up to this day, and a stellar (no pun intended) soundtrack. That movie was Independence Day, and for everyone who saw it in the theater, especially for the 90s kids out there (like yours truly), it was a thrill like no other. Twenty-five years later, and the movie has become a staple of holiday viewing.

July 3, 2021 saw a dazzling display of fireworks from both Lotto Texas and Powerball. A three-peat and a playback were featured, and the jackpots shot up once more! The Lotto Texas jackpot blasted its way up to $7 million, and Powerball’s jackpot soared to $113 million.
