Powerball: Lotto Texas Times 100

When you’ve said, “It’s like <insert whatever> times 100”, you meant that <insert whatever> is like <some other thing> is much better, or much worse. For example, if someone said a show is like “Game of Thrones: Season 8” times 100, then (s)he’s likely saying it’s a terrible show. No offense to anyone who liked “Game of Thrones: Season 8” of course. Sometimes, <insert whatever> times 100 is quite literal. When numbers are involved, like with Wednesday night’s Lotto Texas and Powerball drawings, it most certainly is literal.

September 20, 2023 was a night to remember, for sure. By the combined powers of both an Australia Play and an uncommon Pattern, the Lotto Texas and Powerball prizes grew to $7.25 million and $725 million, respectively. Yes, the Powerball prize was 100 times larger than Lotto Texas’s!

Boiling, Roiling Lotteries

A Saturday night can fall into three categories: a night to work, a night to chill, or a night to go out on the town. This applies to both humans and lotteries alike. Like people, no two lotteries are the same.

The differences between Lotto Texas and Powerball were magnified this Saturday night. Even with an Australia Play, Lotto Texas maintained composure and grew the jackpot to $6 million. Meanwhile, Powerball used its most common Pattern to boost the jackpot to $522 million.

The Dog Days of Lotto Texas and Powerball

Students are heading back to school, and the intense heat bears down even harder. As people wonder whose idea it was to send kids back in ridiculously hot temperatures, Lotto Texas and Powerball kicked up a storm. And, like a summer storm, things felt much hotter after everything settled.

Three-Number Combinations

Powerball had room to spare for a couple of repeating Three-Number Combinations:

Are Pattern encores and rising jackpots in store for Saturday night, or will Lotto Texas and Powerball have other plans?

Saturdays and Power Plays

Lottery Patterns have power levels that vary with each drawing. A jackpot that took months to grow can be brought down in a single night. Sometimes, the same Pattern that forces a jackpot reset can bring the jackpot up ever so slightly, only to knock it back down again. Recently, both Lotto Texas and Powerball know all about how a Pattern doesn’t aways act alone.

Saturday night was a big night for both jackpots and repeating Combinations alike! Both Lotto Texas and Powerball were caught up in the whirlwind of repeating Combinations as their respective jackpots grew to $5.5 million and $291 million, respectively.

August. That’s the eighth month. It’s the month when students head back to class and the summer heat intensifies (as if it can’t get any hotter).
