This weekend marks the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission, the very one that sent mankind to the Moon. Space exploration, whether by man or by probe, is a testament to human ingenuity and fuel for the unbounded nature of our imagination. It’s that “Can do” attitude that will keep us chugging along.

But now, we come back down to Earth. Mega Millions, ever fond of crazy-large jackpots and thwarting players everywhere, shot for the stars July 19th. No, it didn’t land on a strange new world, but it picked up a playback. Along the way, the jackpot got boosted up to $168 million.

The [3-1-1-1] General Order, now with 32 appearances, has played in 35.6% of the 90 drawings where {3-1-1-1} was the winning Pattern. Once all 481 drawings have been taken into consideration, this General Order has played 6.65% of the time.

Now with seven appearances, the 0 3 1 0 1 1 Specific Order has played in 21.875% of the 32 drawings where the General Order was [3-1-1-1]. This Specific Order has also played in 7.78% of the 90 drawings where {3-1-1-1} was the winning Pattern and in 1.46% of all 481 drawings.

The {3-1-1-1} Pattern, [3-1-1-1] General Order, and the 0 3 1 0 1 1 Specific Order were last seen earlier this summer. More specifically, in the June 7, 2019 drawing.

Three-Number Combination(s)

There was a close encounter with four repeating Three-Number Combinations, one of which had played twice before!

Mega Millions has taken on a “Shake things up” approach this month, so a {3-1-1-1} Pattern encore isn’t completely out of the question. After all, we did see an Australia Play encore! Encore or no, we’ll have to see if the jackpot rises once again in Tuesday’s drawing or if it falls through the stratosphere.
