Number Spreads and Combination Threads

If we were to go by surface appearances, then May 13, 2023 was a “typical” night for Lotto Texas and Powerball. No Pattern encores were present, but their respective jackpots did grow to $7.25 million and $135 million. Further investigation showed a good number of repeating Combinations. Digging even deeper, we found not one but two similar spreads, both in the same lottery!
