As we leap from Thanksgiving to Christmas, it’s good to remember that remnants of the former will linger for a few days. Sure, there was the whole Black Friday thing, but there’s still the trip back home, and those leftovers aren’t going to eat themselves.
Speaking of leftovers, Saturday night was much like this past Wednesday. Both Lotto Texas and Powerball saw Pattern encores and jackpots that can’t be so easily tamed. Lotto Texas ascended gracefully to $11 million, while Powerball made the leap to $253 million.
