On Monday night, Powerball was hit with the mighty force of a reset. By way of a {4-1-1} Pattern, the jackpot grew to $34 million Wednesday night. Funny enough, Lotto Texas also saw the {4-1-1} Pattern! That Pattern was how Lotto Texas wound up with a jackpot currently larger than Powerball’s: $41 million. Even though the {4-1-1} Pattern was present in both lotteries, how it played couldn’t be any more different!

Thanks to 18, 19, 43, 47, 51 and 53, the {4-1-1} Pattern made its 230th appearance in Lotto Texas February 8, 2023.
This Pattern has now played in 10.8% of the 2122 Lotto Texas drawings and was last seen January 23, 2023.
Now with 79 appearances, the 1 1 4 Specific Order has played in 34.3% of the 230 drawings where {4-1-1} was the winning Pattern. Once all 2122 drawings have been taken into consideration, this Specific Order has played 3.72% of the time. Prior to Wednesday night, the 1 1 4 Specific Order played July 16, 2022.

There was a repeating Four-Number Combination, just not in Lotto Texas.

General Lottery Analysis
Powerball’s {4-1-1} Pattern made its 23rd appearance with 52, 58, 59, 64, 66 and PB 9.
This Pattern has now played in 2.73% of the 844 Powerball drawings.
The [1-4-1] General Order, now with 14 appearances, has played in 60.9% of the 23 drawings where {4-1-1} was the winning Pattern. Once all 844 drawings have been taken into consideration, this General Order has played 1.66% of the time.
Both the {4-1-1} Pattern and the [1-4-1] General Order played December 5, 2022.
A playback was a tempting prospect, but Powerball opted for debuting the 0 0 0 1 4 1 Specific Order, instead. This Specific Order has now played in 7.14% of the 14 drawings where the General Order was [1-4-1]. The 0 0 0 1 4 1 Specific Order has also now played in 4.35% of the 23 drawings where {4-1-1} was the winning Pattern and in 0.12% of all 844 drawings.
Similar Spread
Wednesday’s numbers had a spread of 06:01:05:02. Similarly, the winning numbers of April 18, 2018, 9, 10, 12, 17, 23 and PB 9, had a spread of 01:02:05:06. Note that although the differences between numbers played were the same, their orders, and the numbers that played, were different.
Four-Number Combination
A new Specific Order and a similar spread was just a warm-up! Repeating Four-Number Combination 58, 59, 66, and PB 9 debuted in the February 1, 2023 drawing. That was just one week ago!

Naturally, the repeating Four-Number Combination had four repeating Three-Number Combinations buried inside:
