The Three-peat and a Playback

Lotto Texas and Powerball have healed from the epic takedowns not too long ago. As another week, this past week, came to an end, these lotteries took a methodical approach to keep their jackpots from being reset. October 9, 2021 saw Lotto Texas implement a {4-1-1} Pattern three-peat, and Powerball went with the ultimate playback: The Australia Play. With their respective jackpots increasing to $5.75 million and $38 million, it’s safe to say that the methodical approach was successful!

Concerning Supercomputers and Playbacks

Before we get into the nitty gritty of Lotto Texas and Powerball, there’s something that needs to be addressed. There has been some chatter among other lottery sites regarding our analysis methods. “Just how are they getting it done so fast?!” they ask. They’re speculating, no, insisting, that we use a supercomputer. You’ve all probably wondered that yourselves. Inquiring minds want to know! Do we at Lottery Trend use a supercomputer?

Why, yes. Yes, we do. In fact, I think I have a picture of it somewhere.

Here it is!

Actually, we have four of these state-of-the-art supercomputers.

Now that that’s been settled, let’s take a look at the September 8, 2021 lottery bonanza, shall we? Wednesday night was favorable for both playbacks and rising jackpots! Lotto Texas and Powerball’s playbacks boosted their respective jackpots to $16 million and $409 million.

Are more playbacks and rising jackpots in store for Saturday night?

Dashing Over the $200 Million Line

August 6, 2021 was the start to a bittersweet weekend for many. The Olympic Games in Tokyo entered the home stretch, and parents across the U.S. started engaging in the annual ritual that is “Back to School” shopping. In some places, school has already started back up. As people dashed on the field and through the stores, Mega Millions dashed over the $200 million line!

General Lottery Analysis

By the power of an Australia Play, the Mega Millions jackpot jumped to $208 million. With winning numbers 9, 18, 40, 46, 69 and MB 9, the {1-1-1-1-1-1} Pattern, [1-1-1-1-1-1] General Order, and the 1 1 1 1 1 1 Specific Order made their 22nd appearance.

Will the Australia Play come back for Tuesday night’s drawing?

Meditating Mega Millions

With all the chaos and confusion that has gripped the world, especially for the past year-and-a-half, one thing still manages to hold strong. The Tokyo Olympics will officially start Friday, even with thousands (more like millions) calling for the ordeal to be cancelled altogether. That Virus is still raging, and with the absence of massive crowds of spectators, not to mentions athletes falling ill, this grand sporting event just won’t be the same this year.

Mega Millions had a knack for reading the room Tuesday night. A {2-2-1-1} Pattern three-peat wasn’t featured. Instead, Mega Millions took the time to reflect on a different Pattern. This lottery not only boosted its inner well-being, but its jackpot. The prize grew to $138 million.

General Lottery Analysis

July 20, 2021 saw the Australia Play make its 21st appearance with winning numbers 10, 26, 30, 52, 57 and MB 10.

Will we see this quieter Mega Millions again Friday night, or will it embrace a more extroverted approach?

Playback Dreams

As we venture further into July, we must face the inevitable. Whether it’s within a few weeks or even a few days, the prospect of work and/or school looms over the horizon. July 7, 2021 was one such opportunity to keep the beast at bay. Those millions would allow for more freedom. Freedom like early retirement, stock market investment, college tuition/loan payoff, and for the brave (foolish?), bypassing college altogether.

If you played Wednesday night, you’ll need to deal with work and school a bit longer. However, there was a silver lining! With the six winning numbers going unpicked in both Lotto Texas and Powerball, their respective jackpots rose to $7.25 million and $127 million. And we have a playback to thank, at least in one lottery.

Spreading Out for Summer

Lotto Texas and Powerball were primed for summer June 23, 2021. They welcomed the new season with rising jackpots. The former gracefully rose to $6.25 million, and the latter leapt to $75 million. Things got hotter with the presence of a similar spread and an Australia Play!

That night, 18, 26, 32, 45, 49 and 54 were the winning numbers, with a spread of 08:06:13:04:05. The differences between numbers were the same but of course, the orders (and the numbers played) were different.

Will Saturday night feature more similar spreads and Australia Plays?

Mega Millions on the Edge

Onward and upward. That phrase might as well be Mega Millions’ motto for the past three months! So far, nothing has come along to uproot the oak tree of a jackpot. With each drawing, the roots dig deeper, and the tree grows taller.

Not even the whimsical Australia Play of May 14, 2021 was able to knock the tree down. The jackpot grew to a mighty $468 million!

Mega Millions Hops into the Weekend

March 26, 2021 saw a shift in the Patterns. Instead of an encore from the most commonly seen Pattern, we saw a visit from one that’s not so commonly seen. That is, we shifted from the {2-1-1-1-1} Pattern to the {1-1-1-1-1-1} Pattern. With the {1-1-1-1-1-1} Pattern came the ever-wonderful Australia Play! The jackpot bounded away from the players and increased to $152 million.

Will an Australia Play do the unexpected and make an encore Tuesday night, or will Mega Millions say goodbye to March in a more “normal” manner?

From Michigan, a Mega Millions (Jackpot) Slayer

Mega Millions had a good run. From September to January, the jackpot was nourished by the tears, anguish, and profanities of frustrated players. Then, on January 22, 2021, a lone player from Michigan looked that lottery dead in the eye and won that billion-dollar jackpot. Naturally, the prize reset itself to $20 million.

General Lottery Analysis

With winning numbers 4, 26, 42, 50, 60 and MB 24, the Australia Play made its 18th appearance.

Would you believe that an Australia Play was last seen a little over a year ago? The last time an Australia Play happened in Mega Millions was January 17, 2020!

A bruised ego? Exhaustion? Whatever the reason, Mega Millions didn’t have repeating Three-Number Combinations.

With all The Big Three lotteries reset, it’ll be a while yet before another monstrous jackpot looms over the horizon! Will the immediate future be one of Pattern encores?

The Australia Play Double Date

Without a doubt, Saturday is the most popular day of the week and if not, it’s pretty high up there. For most people, it means the very end of the week. It’s time to unwind, and after a week that seemed long and drawn out, we couldn’t be any more grateful for this day.

Lotto Texas and Powerball were certainly grateful for November 7, 2020! Both lotteries made it their business to partake in the art of the Australia Play this past Saturday night. With that came a bounce in the jackpots to $7.75 million and $158 million, respectively.

Three-Number Combinations

After a long week, there wasn’t enough energy to put up repeating Three-Number Combinations.

Will at least one of these Australia Plays make an encore Wednesday night, or will Lotto Texas and Powerball have other plans?
