Mega Millions and The Great Jackpot Cycle

Every night a lottery plays feeds into The Great Jackpot Cycle. Whether they’re towering behemoths or just starting to put on their running shoes, it’s inevitable that jackpots will fall, then rise again. This cycle will repeat for as long as lotteries exist.

The [1-1-1-2-1] General Order, now with 68 appearances, has played in 22.4% of the 303 drawings where {2-1-1-1-1} was the winning Pattern. Once all 710 drawings have been taken into consideration, this General Order has played 9.58% of the time. We last saw the [1-1-1-2-1] General Order May 4, 2021.

Now with 11 appearances, the 0 1 1 1 2 1 Specific Order has played in 16.2% of the 68 drawings where the General Order was [1-1-1-2-1]. This Specific Order has also played in 3.63% of the 303 drawings where {2-1-1-1-1} was the winning Pattern and in 1.55% of all 710 drawings. Prior to Tuesday night, the 0 1 1 1 2 1 Specific Order played November 20, 2020.
