Two things reached the stratosphere May 16th: The Houston Rockets and the Powerball jackpot. Nobody won the big prize Wednesday night, and as I write this post, the jackpot is now an outstanding $306 million. There was a winner in Lotto Texas, one who is now $30.2 million richer.
