Nothing Unlucky Here

For those of you who don’t pay much attention to the calendar, Friday’s Mega Millions drawing happened to fall on the 13^th. Whether you believe Friday the 13^th to be unlucky or not, that didn’t prevent Mega Millions from knocking it out of the park.

We saw the {2-1-1-1-1} make an encore appearance Friday night. The 133^rd appearance of this Pattern was thanks to winning numbers 10, 44, 58, 74, 75, and MB 11.

Having now played in 39.3% of 338 drawings, the {2-1-1-1-1} retains its title as Most Commonly Played Mega Millions Pattern. Recall that this Pattern played in Tuesday’s drawing.

The [1-1-1-2-1] Specific Order made its 30^th appearance, its first since the October 14^th, 2016 drawing. As of Friday, this Specific Order has played in 22.6% of the 30 drawings where the {2-1-1-1-1} Pattern has appeared, and in 8.88% of all drawings.

The 1 0 1 1 2 1 Specific Order made its 11^th appearance and has now played in approximately 36.67% of the 30 drawings where the [1-1-1-2-1] was the General Order of the evening. This Specific Order has also played in 8.27% of the 133 drawings where the {2-1-1-1-1} Pattern has appeared, and in 3.25% of all drawings. Prior to Friday, the 1 0 1 1 2 1 Specific Order played in the August 16^th, 2016 drawing.
