Jackpots Firmly Rooted

As some things change, others remain the same. Even though summer has transitioned to fall well, the Lotto Texas and Powerball jackpots just won’t fall. In fact, the thrill of high jackpots just makes these lotteries even more unwilling to give in! At least, that’s what Saturday night suggested.

Neither Lotto Texas nor Powerball were willing to go down September 25, 2021. A Pattern streak and a Pattern encore were on tap, and there was a repeating Four-Number Combination somewhere. Once the dust settled, Lotto Texas’s jackpot climbed to $19.25 million (it could just taste the $20 million mark). Meanwhile, Powerball, monster that it is, grew to $545 million.

The summer season is almost over, and you can already see and feel the changes! Days continue to get shorter, pumpkin spice latte is back on the menu, and football dominates the weekend schedule.
