Mega Millions’ Pattern Persistence

“Persistence is key!”

“Perfect practice makes perfect!”

Whether it’s training for a track meet or simply taking up a new hobby, we’ve all heard the above phrases at one time or another. After all, you won’t see much improvement without consistency and practicing techniques correctly.

Mega Millions may not have mastered the art of “perfect practice”, but it has a way with persistence! Some Patterns have a way of showing up more often than others, and the {2-1-1-1-1} Pattern fit the bill Friday night. This Pattern returned once more for the July 30, 2021 drawing and with it came another boost to the jackpot, blazing ahead to $179 million.

Mega Millions was in the grip of a {2-1-1-1-1} Pattern streak the last time the Summer Olympics were taking place. Then, the Pattern played six times in a row. Is Mega Millions setting itself up to break this record in the drawings ahead?
