Both of these sayings could describe Mega Millions’ relationship with the playback lately. Two of the three would share the same date but there was that one straggler. Nothing changed that in the November 1, 2019 drawing. The month kicked off with no grand prize winners, which pushed the jackpot upward to $127 million.
