Some Kind of July

July was an interesting month for Mega Millions. The jackpot was large but didn’t rise to the dizzying heights we had been seeing. Save for a carryover from June, there were no Pattern streaks. Speaking of, a streak would’ve been a neat way to end the month. Alas, July 30, 2019 didn’t deliver a Pattern streak, let alone an encore. However, it did deliver on an unclaimed prize. With no grand prize winners, the jackpot rose to $50 million.

General Lottery Analysis

The {2-2-1-1} Pattern made its 135th appearance with winning numbers 10, 24, 28, 33, 38, and MB 6.

Three-Number Combination(s)

Mega Millions’ July finale was topped off with two repeating Three-Number Combinations!

  • 28, 33, MB 6 (Debuted April 1, 2016. No foolin’.)
  • 10, 38, MB 6 (Debuted June 30, 2017)

Mega Millions isn’t likely to stay quiet for long. August is a busy month, what with back-to-school and all. Could the lottery follow suit and end the summer with a bang? The {2-2-1-1} Pattern isn’t one to shy away from encores. It’d be something if this Pattern made an encore Friday night!
