In fact, it was seen along said General Order in the December 8th drawing. This Specific Order has also played in 9.35% of the 139 drawings where the {2-1-1-1-1} Pattern has appeared. Finally, when taking all 320 drawings into consideration, this Specific Order has played in 4.0625% of the time.
