An Australian Getaway – Lottery Style

Australia, the only country that’s also a continent. This country-continent is home to unique wildlife, captivating landscapes, and on the bucket list of many travelers. However, such a trip can be very expensive. Lottery prize money will help offset the expenses by leaps and bounds. On some nights, there are two such opportunities! Yet, on most nights, the closest most players get to Australia is an Australia Play.

This past Saturday was one such night. On the upside, both Lotto Texas and Powerball saw larger jackpots. Lotto Texas’s jackpot grew to $6.75 million, and Powerball’s grew to $269 million.

Two Lotteries Sneak Out the Back Door

Lotteries tend to end a month in two ways. They can either end it with expansive fireworks, or they can sneak out through the back door, so to speak. One technique involves encores, similar spread(s), Combinations, or a combination of these. The other is a more relaxed approach and may very well be the calm before the storm.

Lotto Texas and Powerball felt fanfare was unnecessary Wednesday night. A Pattern encore here and a repeating Three-Number Combination there pushed the respective jackpots to $6.5 million and $262 million just as easily.
