Lotto Texas and Powerball’s Weekend Wind Down

For those of us with traditional M-F, 9-to-5 jobs, the weekend can be a welcome breath of fresh air. Whether going into the office, working from home, or a mix of the two, everyone needs time to explore, to unwind, to chill. The act of relaxing is especially important after a busy week, for both man and lottery alike.

The second part of the madness, of course, was the aftermath. After the repeating Four-Number Combination made its rounds, four repeating Three-Number Combinations were left in its wake:

How long will Powerball’s newfound love for repeating Four-Number Combinations, and Lotto Texas’s vacation from them, last?

From Playbacks to A Combination Blowout

Blowout. Now, there’s a term not often associated with Easter. Sure, there’s the egg hunts and the marshmallow Peeps, but compared to Christmas and even Mardi Gras, Easter is the software programmer who mainly keeps to himself. However, the reserved nature of the holiday itself may have no bearing on what happens the night before. This is certainly true of those who pay no mind to human conventions, like lotteries.

March 30, 2022 fell on a Wednesday, which meant the last drawings of the month for both Lotto Texas and Powerball. One thing for certain was that neither lottery ended the month quietly! A playback here, a similar spread there, among other things, not only gave these lotteries a power boost, but their jackpots received a boost as well! Lotto Texas gracefully rose to $7.75 million, and Powerball’s jackpot strolled upward and onward to $222 million.

What is it they say about the Patterns less played? They don’t play often, obviously, but how does that impact lottery players? Well, in that regard, they’re just like their brethren who show up more often. At least one person is going to walk away much wealthier after a lottery drawing, or there will be much (subdued) anger and disappointment. Yet, that anger and disappointment subside. When no one wins the grand prize, that means another chance, and another chance means even more money to win. After all, how boring would the lottery be if there wasn’t a shakeup now and then?

Lotto Texas and Powerball certainly shook things up Wednesday night! What could have been a night of Pattern repeats, and they certainly had the Patterns that lend themselves to that sort of thing, went in a different direction.
