The Pattern Done Lost its Grip

Well, folks, it had to come to an end sooner or later. Since May 4th, the {3-2-1} Pattern reigned in Lotto Texas, and on Saturday night, it got pushed aside for another Pattern. Even though the Pattern changed, one element did stay consistent: the rising jackpot. In the end, the Lotto Texas jackpot grew to $16 million.

Earlier in the week, the {3-2-1} Pattern paid Powerball a visit as well. This Pattern isn’t as common there as it is in Lotto Texas, so the lack of an encore wasn’t that surprising. In its place was Powerball’s most played Pattern and a jackpot that grew to $125 million.

Some Patterns are more persistent than others. It’s one thing to show up more often, but what about when that Pattern pops up consistently? Or, what about when that Pattern shows up in not one but two lotteries, and on the same night no less?

Heat. Hot as Hades. Those describe summer to a T, but they can also describe May. According to the calendar, it’s still spring, but there’s no denying that the days are getting hotter. Computers are wonderful. They make writing documents easier, provide entertainment, and allow us to connect to people across vast distances instantaneously. There was quite the kerfuffle in the lottery world Wednesday night. May 11, 2022 was a good night for a repeating Four-Number Combination. The catch, and there’s always a catch with these lotteries, is that the Combination happened in Powerball. Naturally, that meant Powerball went crazy with the repeating Three-Number Combinations, and with it came a jackpot that climbed to $83 million. Meanwhile, Lotto Texas graciously rose to $14.25 million.

Lotto Texas and Powerball did something nuts last Wednesday. While the former lottery took a break from repeating Four-Number Combinations, the latter took that ball and ran with it! Jackpots climbed and methodical madness ensued. Then, things eased up a bit that weekend, but that serenity didn’t last. Lotto Texas maintained some composure, but Powerball went crazy with the repeating Three-Number Combinations. Surely a midweek drawing would mean a quieter night, right?

Well, folks, the madness continued April 27, 2022. This time, Lotto Texas also took a walk on the wild side, bringing forward a repeating Five-Number Combination and the associated aftermath. Once the dust settled, a jackpot worth $10.75 million was left standing. Powerball went crazy with the repeating Three-Number Combinations again, and all it had to show for it was a jackpot that reset to $20 million. At least Powerball gave a player in Arizona 473 million reasons to be happy!
