And so, we’ve finally arrived. Merry Christmas, everyone! Stay warm and be kind to one another. For anyone reading from the Southern Hemisphere, stay cool, stay hydrated, and be kind to one another.

Remember back when you were a kid and your parents told you to eat your vegetables before dessert? Strangely, Christmas Eve is somewhat like that. Christmas is the holiday of holidays, religious connotations aside. To ease our minds off the desire to open presents early, Christmas specials and movies seem to do the trick. The temperatures are plummeting, and the wind is howling. Truly, winter is here! For us Northern Hemisphere folks, anyway. There are two sides to this festive mood coin. As the humans went about their Christmas ways, little did they know about the hyperactive Mega Millions that schemed to make their dreams of becoming (near) overnight millionaires a nightmare.
