Rising Jackpots Spring Eternal

“Chill” seems like an odd choice of words. Last we checked the calendar, we’re still in the throes of summer. Although yes, that is true in the Northern Hemisphere, it’s the opposite below the Equator. August is an outlier. In the United States, it’s the only month without a holiday. Perhaps that’s a good a time as any to push students back to school, isn’t it?
