Lotto Texas and Powerball’s “Common” Send-Off

Can you believe that 2022 is halfway over? In a world that seems to make increasingly less sense, the lotteries have kept their heads on straight. Nothing unusual about Pattern streaks, Australia Plays, and rising jackpots! However, there is some disorder, however slight, when someone wins the big prize.

June 29, 2022 was a big night for Powerball. It was an appearance by Powerball’s most common Pattern that helped a lone player from Vermont win the $365 million. June 29th also meant playtime for Lotto Texas’s most common Pattern. Unlike Powerball’s, the jackpot climbed graciously to $5.5 million.

A new month is upon us, and the summer season is still young. One jackpot has reset, and another continues to make modest gains. How high will they climb before resetting again?

A Common Pattern Turns Up the Heat

Even though the calendar says summer is a few days away, it’s already here! Even though a good chunk of June technically falls under spring in the Northern Hemisphere, the temperatures have been more like we’d expect in July or even August. Rain showers cool everything down for a bit, but in some places, those have been in short supply. Like June 2022, Mega Millions hasn’t cooled down, either.

In fact, the heat got turned up Friday night. Thanks to a very common Pattern, the Mega Millions jackpot swelled to $290 million.

Lotto Texas and Powerball Slip n’ Slide Away

Ah, the Slip n’ Slide, one of several quintessential toys of summer! Between the wetness and the burns you get if you don’t slide with enough water, it’s a symbol of freedom, at least until the end of August (or early September for those lucky to start school after Labor Day). Lotteries don’t worry about completing summer reading assignments or math packets. However, they do worry about getting caught and having to regrow their jackpots!

Lotto Texas and Powerball played on their own Slip n’ Slide June 8, 2022. Both lotteries gave players the slip and slid on to higher jackpots! The Lotto Texas jackpot made it to the $5.75 million marker, and Powerball hit the $229 million point.

Mega Millions in “Call of the Encore”

A new month means new beginnings. June, for example, is the start of summer vacation for many students and the start of the Atlantic Hurricane Season. However, a new month can also be a continuation of something else, like a new hobby or a new routine. Or, in Mega Millions’ case, the continued appearance of a Pattern.

June 3, 2022 meant kicking off the weekend with a Pattern encore (and then some)! These elements boosted the jackpot to $204 million.

General Lottery Analysis

Friday night’s {2-1-1-1-1} Pattern encore was thanks to 11, 16, 22, 48, 59 and MB 11. This Pattern has now played 334 times.

Could this {2-1-1-1-1} Pattern encore be the start of a massive summer streak?

A Blast of Encore, a Dash of Playback

Hard to believe that the year is nearly halfway over, isn’t it? June means summer will officially kick off soon, and what better way to welcome the new month than with Powerball and Lotto Texas?

These lotteries had the honor of playing June 1, 2022, and what a night it was! By the grace of a {3-2-1} Pattern encore, a lone player from Pearland grabbed the $17.75 million Lotto Texas jackpot by the horns. Naturally, the jackpot reset itself to $5 million. Meanwhile, Powerball held strong, using the power of a playback to boost the jackpot to $184 million.

Will Saturday night mean an encore for either the {3-2-1} Pattern or the {2-1-1-1-1} Pattern?

The Rush to a Common Pattern

Whether you’re blessed with summer vacation or must face another work week, one thing everyone (well, most everyone) can agree on is that the weekend goes by too fast. Will we breeze through to Friday, or will the journey there be a slog? Sure, this week is a short one, but inquiring minds want to know! Human minds, anyway.

Mega Millions wasn’t at all concerned about the speed a work week flows. This lottery’s focus was on how to end the month of May. After a wild Friday, there wasn’t enough energy for another go with the {2-2-1-1} Pattern. Mega Millions took a more common approach, Pattern-wise that is, and that was enough to boost the grand prize to $189 million.

General Lottery Analysis

Will Mega Millions’ first June drawing feature a {2-1-1-1-1} Pattern encore?

Giving it One More Go

May is almost over, and what a month it was! The {3-2-1] Pattern dominated, with a streak in Lotto Texas and even paying Powerball and Mega Millions a visit. After being “dethroned” last weekend, other Patterns took the spotlight, and even made an encore. The {3-2-1} Pattern’s absence was short-lived, however, as it came back for one more go-around Saturday night. That, along with a playback, helped boost the Lotto Texas jackpot to $17.25 million. Although Powerball didn’t receive this Pattern’s blessing, that didn’t stop the jackpot there from rising to $157 million.

Will the {3-2-1} Pattern dominate June?

The Pattern Done Lost its Grip

Well, folks, it had to come to an end sooner or later. Since May 4th, the {3-2-1} Pattern reigned in Lotto Texas, and on Saturday night, it got pushed aside for another Pattern. Even though the Pattern changed, one element did stay consistent: the rising jackpot. In the end, the Lotto Texas jackpot grew to $16 million.

Earlier in the week, the {3-2-1} Pattern paid Powerball a visit as well. This Pattern isn’t as common there as it is in Lotto Texas, so the lack of an encore wasn’t that surprising. In its place was Powerball’s most played Pattern and a jackpot that grew to $125 million.

Similar Spread

Not feeling content with a playback (Remember: All Australia Plays are playbacks, but not all playbacks are Australia Plays), Lotto Texas decided to throw in a similar spread! Saturday night’s numbers had a spread of 01:05:03:13:08. If we look further back, June 2, 2012 saw a spread of 01:08:13:03:05, thanks to 2, 3, 11, 24, 27 and 32. As May begins to wind down, will other Patterns try to establish a streak in the week ahead?

Mega Millions’ Mid-Month Encore Melee

If you think about it, mid-May is a crucial transition period for so many people. College graduations are underway, high school seniors are about to take to the stage, and the young ‘uns are counting down the days until school lets out. In a world of rising costs and uncertainty, one thing that’s certain these days is that whoever has millions (and millions) of dollars can have a neverending summer of sorts, provided the cards are played right.

It’s a guarantee that there were college grads and (soon-to-be) high school grads who tried their hand at Mega Millions May 17, 2022. It’s a guarantee that all were disappointed in the outcome. By the power of a Pattern encore, there were no overnight millionaires. However, a prize that grew to $131 million was sure to make some players even more determined to play again Friday night.
