Mega Millions’ “Normal” Friday

August. The month with no (official) US holidays, or at least holidays that warrant a day off from work. It’s the month that summer vacation winds down for many students as the schools, love ‘em or hate ‘em, open once more. In our neck of the woods, it’s the last weekend of summer vacation. Rather than end the “mega holiday” with a blowout, Mega Millions took a subdued approach in the August 17th drawing. There was no playback, no Pattern three-peat to look forward to. The biggest takeaways were a couple of repeating Three-Number Combinations and a grand prize now at $102 million.

General Lottery Analysis

The {2-2-1-1} Pattern made its 110th appearance with winning numbers 1, 31, 32, 47, 56, and MB 3.
