January has now come and gone. The days are getting longer (or shorter, depending on where you live), the Super Bowl is a few days away, and spring is just around the corner (right?). Mega Millions was the lucky lottery to end the month this year. The January 31st, 2017 drawing marked the 106th appearance of the {2-2-1-1} Pattern with winning numbers 3, 14, 27, 62, 72, and MB 4.
This Pattern has now played in 30.9% of the 343 Mega Millions drawings to date. We last saw the {2-2-1-1} Pattern earlier in the month on January 6th.
The [2-1-2-1] General Order made is 38th appearance, and like the {2-2-1-1} Pattern, previously played on January 6th. This General Order has now played in 35.8% of the 106 drawings where the {2-2-1-1} Pattern has played, and in 11.1% of the 343 drawings.
The 2 1 0 0 2 1 Specific Order played for the fourth time, making its first appearance since the February 26th, 2016 drawing. This Specific Order has also played in 10.5% of the 38 drawings where the [2-1-2-1] General Order has played, 3.77% of the 106 drawings where the {2-2-1-1} Pattern has played, and 1.17% of the 343 drawings.
The repeating Three-Number Combination of the evening was 14, 72, and MB 4, which made its debut in the September 27th, 2016 drawing.
